DMCA

This page explains how PlayPKR responds to claims of copyright infringement on playpkrz.com.pk under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and this page describes how copyright owners can notify us of alleged infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice, send a written complaint to our designated copyright agent through our Contact Us page. Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on our site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

How We Handle Copyright Complaints

Upon receiving a valid notice, we review the complaint promptly and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of the complaint, in line with standard procedure. You can read more about the law at the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA page.

Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice

If your content was removed following a takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a consent-to-jurisdiction statement, and your signature. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant, and the material may be restored 10–14 business days later unless the complainant files court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the law, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. We keep records of valid infringement notices to enforce this policy fairly and consistently.

Misrepresentations and Bad-Faith Notices

Please note that knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes your copyright can expose you to liability for damages under the law. We encourage you to consider fair use and to consult a legal professional before submitting a notice if you are unsure about your rights.

Changes to This DMCA Policy

We may update this DMCA policy at any time to reflect changes in the law or our practices. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
